This program will include personal training in a small group format (less than 10 people) that can be done either in person or virtually, per your preference. The exercises will be designed in a way that will make you feel victorious instead of feeling like you’ve overdone it - we know how hard it can be to recover from a hard workout when your body aches on a regular basis.

We all know that nutrition is a huge part of your overall health and any goals that you want to achieve so we are also including 2 nutrition coaching sessions and a personalized 6 week REAL FOOD nutrition plan that is flexible and adaptable to your preferences (meaning you don’t have to eat the same 6 things every day). We don’t believe in crash diets at Custom Fitness so this will also be a plan that you can continue on with to create lasting results.
